Kristen Ruggiere

Kristen Ruggiere is the Director of Client Relations at Montgomery Financial. Usually, the first friendly face you see in our office, she enjoys assisting clients with anything they might need! She has been with the team since 2018 and serves alongside Joani on the operations team.

Kristen graduated in 2016 from Salisbury University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in finance with a dual track in corporate finance and investments. She joined us after spending 2 years in secondary mortgage finance in Washington, D.C.

Kristen currently resides in Ocean Pines with her husband, Steven, and their dog Coco. She loves spending quality time with friends & family and her hobbies include anything outdoors such as running, hiking, camping, and going to the beach.
