Will Strausbaugh

Will Strausbaugh is an Investment Adviser Representative at Montgomery Financial, where he supports clients and lead advisors in delivering comprehensive, personalized financial guidance. He joined the firm full-time in 2025 after spending two and a half years with New York Life Insurance Company as a Registered Representative.

Will holds his Series 65 license, allowing him to provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, and fiduciary guidance tailored to each client’s financial goals. He specializes in holistic wealth strategies, including retirement planning, risk management, and long-term investment oversight.

With a strong foundation in investment management, financial planning, and regulatory compliance, Will is detail-oriented and thoughtful in his approach to client support. He enjoys breaking down complex financial topics in a clear, approachable way to support client understanding.

Will graduated from Marymount University in 2023 with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. While at Marymount, he played midfield for the Men’s Lacrosse team. He now resides in Berlin with his dog, Jet. Outside of the office, Will enjoys crabbing, hunting, and spending time with family.
