Will Strausbaugh

Will Strausbaugh is an Associate Advisor Representative at Montgomery Financial, where he supports clients and lead advisors in delivering comprehensive financial guidance. He joined the firm full-time in 2025 after spending two and a half years with New York Life Insurance Company as a Registered Representative.

Will holds his Series 6 and Series 63 licenses, with expertise spanning mutual funds, variable annuities, and variable life insurance. He is also licensed to offer insurance in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C.

With a solid foundation in investment management, financial planning, and regulatory compliance, Will is dedicated to maintaining accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail in every aspect of his work. He enjoys helping clients understand complex financial concepts in a clear and approachable way, always striving to empower them to make confident, informed financial decisions.

Will graduated from Marymount University in 2023 with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. While at Marymount, he played Midfield for the Men’s Lacrosse team. Will now resides in Berlin with his dog, Jet. Outside of the office, he enjoys crabbing, hunting, and spending time with family.
